KEY FORMULAS
GSM = micron × density (g/cm³)
₹ per m² = GSM ÷ 1000 × ₹ per kg (हर layer के लिए)
Material ₹ per kg = कुल ₹ per m² ÷ (कुल GSM ÷ 1000)
Selling price = (material + wastage + conversion) + margin
1,000 pouches का cost = pouch weight (g) × ₹ per kg
WORKED EXAMPLE (illustrative Indian rates)
PET 12 µ ₹130/kg · MET-PET 12 µ ₹160/kg · LDPE 50 µ ₹125/kg · Ink 3.0 GSM ₹300/kg · Adhesive 2 × 2.5 GSM ₹250/kg
कुल 87.6 GSM · material ₹12.77/m² = ₹146/kg · + 8% wastage + ₹25 conversion + 12% margin = ₹204/kg
150 × 200 mm 3-side seal pouch: 5.26 g · 190 pouches per kg · ₹1,074 per 1,000 pouches (सिर्फ़ laminate)
