Delete your GPN account

You can delete your GPN account yourself, at any time. Deleting is permanent and removes everything — there is no recovery and nothing is retained.

Delete it from the app

This is the quickest route, and the only one that completes immediately.

1. Open GPN — in the Android app, or at app.globalpackagingnetwork.com.
2. Sign in with your Google account.
3. Open the account menu and choose My Profile.
4. Scroll to the bottom and press Delete my account.
5. Type DELETE to confirm, then press Delete for ever.

You are signed out as soon as it finishes. If something goes wrong part-way, nothing is deleted — you can sign in and try again.

Ask us to delete it

If you cannot sign in, email contact@globalpackagingnetwork.com from the address on your GPN account, with the subject Delete my account. We will confirm your identity and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Everything associated with your account:

• Your sign-in and profile — name, company details, contact details, address, tax and invoicing details, and any bank details you saved
• Your cost models and rate tables
• Your saved estimates and quotations, for both calculators
• Your customers, contacts and inquiries
• Your RFQs, and the quotes you sent or received
• Your Packaging Directory listing, if you published one
• Every image and document you uploaded, including your company logo
• Your feedback, error reports and search history

What is kept, and for how long

Nothing is kept once deletion completes. The one exception is records we are legally required to retain: where a payment was made, the transaction record held by our payment provider is kept for the period required by tax and accounting law. That record is held by the payment provider, not in your GPN account, and is not used for anything else.

Deletion is immediate. Backups are overwritten on their normal cycle, within 30 days.

Deleting your account does not cancel a payment

Activation and calculator seats are not refunded on deletion. If you have an active yearly seat and want to stop it renewing, do that before deleting, or contact us.
